Due to the recent State of Emergency announced 2 August 2020, our store is only open for click and collect orders, phone orders, phone enquiries and deliveries.
You can order your flowers for pick up or delivery by calling us between the hours of 8.00am to 7.00pm 7 days a week. Or you can place your order online any time. The cut off time for same day flower delivery is 5pm.
Unfortunately due to current Covid19 restrictions we are not allowed to let you enter our store to select flowers, even if it is just for a moment. This is not our decision, and if we were to let you enter our store we will incur a very large fine. So please be understanding to our staff, this is a very difficult time for all.
We especially apologise to all our regular clients, who are used to selecting their regular bunch of flowers or floral arrangement for themselves or their loved ones. Many of you have shopped with us for over 15 years. Please stay safe and we look forward to seeing you in our store again soon.
We would also like to let you know that because of the cold weather, the need to import flowers, Covid 19 restrictions, and increased delivery costs and delays, flower choices and quantities have been effected. Flower prices from interstate and other countries are out of our control, but please know that we will continue to do our best to get you the best flowers at the best prices possible. We will also always do our best to match your online selection, however flower substitution for colour, type and quantity may be necessary.
If you need something specific or you have something special in mind, give us a call as soon as you can, so we can do our best to order them in for you, or let you know what is available.
As usual, we are offering the same day and next day flower delivery services, 7 days a week.
We are strictly following all Government requirements, including contactless click and collect, contactless delivery, all our staff members and flower delivery drivers are wearing masks and gloves, and we are also adhering to all sanitising requirements.
